make 3-D structure of your protein dance to the beats of Outkast's Hey Ya while in PDB Viewer, its intoxicating. Structural analysis has never been so fun.
Have a great weekend everybody.

Now I have an urge to do a protein strip tease. Go from space filling, to ribbon to stick.
I was hoping for a link to the video...
Left iPod Touch at home so I can't capture the video, maybe I'll cut some video this weekend though.
This I must see. Vid or it didn't happen.
I'm going to try and cut a video of it tomorrow and post it on Monday.
I second @WhizBANG! Where's the vid? And yes ... it's fun. Hon suggested something like that to my previous boss, who's very conservative in displaying data and making animations ... prev-boss LOLd and thought it was great! Oh, when crazy heads get together.
YES!! please make a video, I want to see it, and you might get famous from it going viral on the social networkzzzz!
how would you even go about doing such a thing? that would be freaking awesome!
Plan is to throw up a backbeat on iTunes, make the fucker dance in the PDBViewer, and capture off my iPod Touch. Then comes iMovie editing. This is going to be a fucking nightmare.
Yes - must see video. Get on it. 🙂
Couldn't you just run jing or camtasia while manipulating your protein with a mouse? (I took a class where they taught us to use that viewer and I couldn't help having my protein bop around)
