1.  Don't get fat.

2.  Never do bootcamp with a guy that does Ironman triathlons.

3.  Hedge your bets by praying to all known and absent deities to not throw up.

    I know a guy who used to think his workout was wasted if he didn't work himself past the point of nausea.

    Me? Only during races.

      The nausea was a first day thing and the fact that I drank too much water too fast. Otherwise I never have issues with feeling like puking.

    oh not too much water... especially not before if you're doing those burpees... gotta luv the burpees (not). But boy they are efficient in so many ways.

    Good luck! Is it a intense training several days in a row for two weeks to "kickstart" or more longterm classes? 🙂

      I'm in for the long haul, it will take me a class or two to get use to that intense style of circuit training.

        And yes, the idea of working really really hard for a few minutes, rest a little and then get back to hard rotation might take a little getting used to (the recovery etc).

        Important to eat something afterwards to give the body some energy but not anything sweet. Eggs are good, but maybe that's me in the mornings?
